Richard Sebaggala
Richard Sebaggala is currently PhD Fellow at School of Business, University of Agder, Norway. He has been a lecturer of economics at Uganda Christian University, School of Business since 2007 and recently also joined Makerere University Business School. Richard completed his Master of Science degree in Quantitative Economics and a Bachelor of Arts Degree with Education majoring in Economics from Makerere University.
